We empower our community to tackle litter and build a cleaner, more sustainable Glasgow by organising regular rubbish picking events, being a source of information on local resources, and providing tips on how to live more sustainably.

Glasgow is an incredible city. Litter detracts from the beauty of it and harms our local environment. That’s why we’ve launched this community-driven initiative to tackle litter head-on. By working together, we can make a monumental impact to Make Glasgow Cleaner.

Local Resources
We’re not just about picking up rubbish. We see ourselves as a go-to spot for all things waste and sustainability in Glasgow. Ever wondered what goes in which bin? Or where you can properly recycle your old electronics or vapes? We’ll have the lowdown on local council info, recycling guides, and give shout-outs to other incredible Glasgow businesses and groups who are also doing their bit for the planet.
